Small batches of our favorite apple varieties are fermented immediately after pressing at a low temperature. This preserves the fruity freshness, yet lends a crisp calvados nose to our flagship wine. A wonderful aperitif, this wine is also excellent with light meals or to balance a creamy, heavy one. Drink this dry wine as you would any white wine – best chilled.
