Our new 2009 Un-Oaked Chardonnay is bottled ready to go. These grapes were sourced from one of the world's prime Chardonnay growing regions in the Curico Valley of Chile. This release has tropical fruit flavors on the nose with a clean & crispy finish on the palate. We left out the oak so you can taste the Chardonnay Grape. Great with all types of light dishes but best with chicken & pork dishes! Even light enough for seafood!
