  1. Who do you use for shipping?

      We use UPS and USPS to ship orders. Note gift certificates are sent via US mail.

      The rates are as follows:

      $0-$10 = $5.95
      $10.01-$20 = $7.95
      $20.01-$30 = $9.95
      $30.01-$50 = $12.95
      $50.01-$80 = $15.95
      $80.01-$100 = $18.95
      $100.01+ = $21.95

      Overnight delivery is available by special request.

  3. How long will my order take to arrive?

      We ship orders Monday through Friday. Regular ground service with UPS and USPS will take from 1 to 4 business days to reach addresses east of the Mississippi. Orders destined for addresses in the Western U.S. will take 5 to 8 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available by request.

  4. Do you ship internationally?

      Yes. We use UPS to ship orders outside of the US. We will contact you for approval should it be necessary for us to charge any additional amount for shipping beyond the United States.

  6. Is your website secure?

      Yes. Our store utilizes a technology called SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer. This technology encrypts transmitted data. SSL Certificates are issued by a Certificate Authority and contain authenticated information about us.   7. What are your hours if I want to visit in person?

      We are open daily from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm and Sundays from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

  8. Is my purchase returnable if I don't like it?

      Yes, all non-food products through Maine-ly New Hampshire can be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL BOXING AND PAPERWORK. FOOD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Exchange or refund value on items in NEW and ORIGINAL condition is the full amount less shipping costs.   9. Can I pay by check?
    • Yes, but please be sure to add shipping costs. Product is shipped out AFTER payment has been received and funds have cleared.

      When placing an order, please enter your email address; we will email you the UPS tracking number.
